is a test facility that enables entrepreneurs to test their innovation in water, especially temporary flood defense systems, on a real scale. The Tubebarrier, for example, has been in Floodproof Holland for more than 3 years, testing all possible failure mechanisms with students from Delft University of Technology. Floodproof Holland is ideally suited for carrying out measurements that we can use as a Team Tubebarrier.
